The meals included in the Angola package are: breakfast at the hotel and lunch including 1 drink per lunch. Dinner and other drinks will be at the expense of the participant.
Yes, payment can be made in a maximum of 4 installments within a certain period of time. If you choose to pay in installments, an additional fee will have to be added to the value of the chosen package, known before making the payment.
The rooms included in the Angola and Luanda packages are shared, however, it is possible to book a single room. Simply inform and add an additional fee to the value of the chosen package, which must be known before making payment.
Standard rooms (double room with a double bed) and twin rooms (double room with 2 beds) are available. The allocation is given at the choice of participants.
In order for all participants to be connected to the internet anywhere in Angola, a SIM Card will be made available to all participants upon arrival in Luanda so they can top up and access the internet anywhere. Furthermore, Wi-Fi will be available at the hotel where you will be staying.
Yes, it is possible. You just need to inform the organization about the day and time of your arrival/departure so that the reservation can be made and depending on how long it will be before the start or after the event, you will be told the amount to pay for accommodation at the hotel, including only the small lunch at a promotional price.
In this condition, the organization will not be responsible for daily activities, but will be present to provide the necessary support for your stay before or after the event.
